The overall management of the company will be vested with the Board of Directors. The Board will formulate company’s policies and provide guidelines for its day-to-day business operation. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive to look after the business affairs & other logistic support of the company. Both the Directors have educational & as well as professional background of the said field. The Managerial and Technical Staff will assist other Directors as well as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company at different levels.

Corporate Set-Up
The sponsors have already formed a private limited company, which is registered with registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms. The authorized capital of the company is Tk. 3.00 core and paid up capital is Tk. 50.00 Lac only. In this regard a Memorandums of Association and Articles of Association have already been prepared.
